Abdul Jabbar FaisalISLAMABAD: Daniyal Ijaz clinched the top spot in the Singles Final of the Marka-e-Haq Azadi Cup Tenpin Bowling Championship 2026, held at Leisure City Bowling Club, Safa Gold Mall, Islamabad.Demonstrating remarkable consistency across three games, Daniyal secured 1st place with a total score of 518 (averaging 172.67). In a closely fought contest for the podium:Faheem finished as the runner-up in 2nd place with 514 points (171.33 average).Zeeshan earned 3rd place with 513 points (171.00 average).The closing ceremony concluded on a high note, featuring prominent national and international dignitaries. Ms. Natalie A. Baker, Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy, graced the event as the Chief Guest, alongside Guest of Honour Ms. Afnan Mishal.Speaking at the occasion, Ijaz Ur Rehman, President of the Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation, expressed his gratitude to the guests and highlighted the potential of Pakistani youth in tenpin bowling. He emphasized the need for bilateral collaboration between Pakistan and the United States to share technical expertise, upgrade facilities, and provide international exposure to young athletes.In her address, U.S. Chargé d’Affaires Ms. Natalie A. Baker commended Ijaz Ur Rehman for organizing a successful national championship. She assured support for the development and promotion of tenpin bowling in Pakistan, highlighting sports as an effective bridge between the two nations.Following the speeches, Chief Guest Ms. Natalie A. Baker and Guest of Honour Ms. Afnan Mishal distributed prizes and trophies to the championship winners. The ceremony concluded with a shared resolve to strengthen sports diplomacy and elevate Pakistani bowling to the global stage.

Ghazanfar and Tayyab lift men's double titles of Marka-i-Haq Azadi Cup Championship

Islamabad (faisal); Ghazanfar Bilal and Tayyab Bilal have won the men's double titles of the Marka-i-Haq Azadi Cup Tenpin Bowling Championship 2026, Ijaz and Faheem got 2nd position at Leisure City Bowling Club, Safa Gold F-7, Markaz, Islamabad.President, Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation, Ijaz-ur-Rehman and a large number of peoples were also present on the occasion.In the men's double event; Ghazanfar Bilal and Tayyab Bilal won the men's double titles with 736 points,Ijaz-ur-Rehman and Faheem Akbar obtained 2nd position with 705 points, Ahmer Suldera and Daniyal Shah bagged 3rd position with 702 points and Ayaz Ijaz and Daniyal ijaz secured 4th position with 692 points while Eyaan Bhatti and Abdul Moiz got 5th position with 627 points.The Concluding Ceremony of the Championship will be held on August 14, at 6.00 pm. in which prizes will be delivered to the winning players.

Moiz Arsalan lifts men single title of National Tenpin Bowling Championship

ISLAMABAD (Sports News):Moiz Arsalan has won the men single titles of the National Tenpin Bowling Championship 2026 while Eyaan Bhatti and Ali Noman got 2nd and 3rd position respectively at Leisure City Bowling Club, Safa Gold, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad. President, Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation, Ijaz-ur-Rehman,Patron-in-Chief, Mohammad Amjid Hassan Quershi and President, Khyber Pakhtunkha Tenpin Bowling Association,Asif Aurkazai and a large number of peoples were also present on the occasion.Results of Men single event;Moiz Arsalan won men's title with 430 points while Eyaan Bhatti secured 2nd position with 407 points and Ali Noman got 3rd position with 371 points. Ahmer Saldera obtained 4th position with 356 points.

Ayzaz-ur-Rehman won the Pak-China Friendship Tenpin Championship-2026

ISLAMABAD (.Sports News ) Pakistani bowler Ayzaz-ur-Rehman won the Pak-China Friendship Tenpin Championship-2026 while Afzal Akhtar secured second and Daniyal Ijaz obtained third position. Mustafa Hassan, Minister and Head of Mission, Nigerian Embassy, Chen Peng, Counselor, Chinese Embassy,Deputy DG, Pakistan Sports Board, Shahid Islam, Patron of Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation, Muhammad Amjad Hassan Qureshi, President, Ijaz-ur-Rehman, General Secretary, Col. (retd) Kamran Khalid Janjua and Altaf Hussain were also present at the opening ceremony. President, Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation and Chairman Organizing Committee Ijaz-ur-Rehman, presented the championship report.In which various artists and singers showcased their skills. In the friendly matches of the Pak-China Friendship Tenpin Championship played at Leisure City Bowling Club, Safa Gold F-7 Markaz, Islamabad, Azaz-ur-Rehman won event with 217 points, while Afzal Akhtar came second with 186 and Daniyal Ijaz came third with 172 points. Similarly, Haroon and Muhammad Hussain Chatta were in fourth and fifth place respectively. Women's competitions are ongoing in the championship. 20 players from Pakistan and 20 from China are participating in the championship.

Sports Bulletin ReportISLAMABAD:Pak-China Friendship Tenpin Bowling Championship and 18th National Tenpin Bowling Championship-2026 will be played from January 24 to 30, 2026 at Leisure City Bowling Club, Safa Gold, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad.As many as 20 friendly matches between Pakistani and Chinese men and women will be played on the inaugural day of the Pak-China Friendship Tenpin Championship, on January 24, including ten men and women each matches. Ten men and ten women’s players each from both countries, will participate in these competitions. In addition, matches of the 18th National Tenpin Bowling Championship 2026 will also be started from January 25, in which male and female players from all over the country will participate. The championship will have nine categories, including men's singles, men's doubles, ladies' singles, amateur, deaf men's singles, deaf ladies' singles, team events, and media. The championship will continue until January 30, at the end of championship, ten million rupees for the cash prizes will be distributed among the winning players.

Friendly matches between Pak-Chinese players to be players on January 24

Abdullah AsjadISLAMABAD: The friendly matches between Pakistani and Chinese men and women will be played on the inaugural day of the Pak-China Friendship Tenpin Championship, on January 24 at the Leisure City Bowling Club, Safa Gold, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad.This was stated by the President, Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation, Ijaz-ur-Rehman, who is also the Chairman Organizing Committee on Friday.He said that preparations for the championship are in full swing. He said that on the opening day of the championship friendly matches will be played between Pakistan and China men and women, including ten men’s matches and ten women’s matches. Ten men and ten women’s players each from both countries, will participate in these competitions. In addition, matches of the 18th National Tenpin Bowling Championship 2026 will also be played, in which male and female players from all over the country will participate. The Championship will have nine categories, including men's singles, men's doubles, ladies' singles, amateur, deaf men's singles, deaf ladies' singles, team events, media and take-takers. Cheng Peng terms Pak-China Friendship Bowling Championship a step to strengthen relations

He expressed these views during his visit to the venue of the Pak-China Friendship Tenpin Bowling Championship, Leisure City Bowling Club, Safa Gold F-7 Mazkar, Islamabad.Other officials of the Chinese Embassy, Zhang and President of the Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation, Ijaz-ur-Rehman, were also present on the occasion.President, Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation, Ijaz-ur-Rehman, while briefing the Sports and Culture Attaché of the Chinese Embassy, Cheng Peng, regarding the arrangements for the Pak-China Friendship Tenpin Bowling Championship.He said that the preparations for the championship have already been started.The Pak-China Friendship Tenpin Bowling Championship and the 18th National Tenpin Bowling Championship will be held from January 24 to 30. Ejaz-ur-Rehman wins ITBA Masters Ten Pin Bowling Cup

ISLAMABAD (Sports News): Ejaz-ur-Rehman won men singles titles while Junaid Shafiq and Faheem Akbar got men's doubles titles of the 2nd ITBA Masters Tenpin Bowling Cup at Leisure City Bowling Club, Safa Gold Mall, F-7 Center, Islamabad.President, Islamabad Tenpin Bowling Association, Agha Mohammad Ali Shah was the chief guest and gave away the prizes trophies and medels.In the men singles; Ejaz ur Rehman secured the top spot with an impressive average score of 207, followed by Junaid Shafiq and Faheem Akbar, who bagged second and third positions respectively.In the men's doubles category, Junaid Shafiq and Faheem Akbar won the gold medal, while Daniyal Ejaz and Afzal Akhtar took the silver medal. PTBF Ranking Tenpin Bowling Championship to start on November 20

Islamabad (SBR): The 9th PTBF Ranking Tenpin Bowling Championship, will be rolled into action from November 20, 2025 in Karachi.According to President, Sindh Tenpin Bowling Association, President, Aleem Agha said that the President, Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation, Ijazur Rahman has approved the championship and preparations for the event have already started and male and female players from all over the country will participate in the tournament. He said that eight different categories have been kept in the tournament, including men's singles, men's doubles, ladies' singles, amateur, deaf men's singles, deaf ladies' singles, team event and media categories. Players who wish to participate in the events can register their names from November 1 to 14. The draws for the tournament will be announced on November 18 at 3 pm. The semi-final matches of the tournament will be played on November 24 while the final matches will be played on November 25.

Panthers win Inter University Club Tenpin Bowling Championship 2025

Abdullah AsjadIslamabad: Panthers club has won the titles of Inter-University Clubs Tenpin Bowling Championship 2025. Brig (Rtd) Amer Kiani was the chief guest on the concluding ceremony and gave away the prizes. Panthers Club got first positin and received Rs. 25,000 cash prize with gold medals. Scorpions Club bagged 2nd position and received Silver medals.The Championship washeld under the auspices of Islamabad Tenpin Association in collaboration with Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federationat Leisure City Bowling Club in Islamabad.
