Abdur Rehman receives IOC Honors from IOC President Thomas Bach
Sports Bulletin ReportISLAMABAD: Pakistan Archery Head Coach Hafiz Abdur Rehman received International Olympic Committee (IOC) Honors from IOC President Thomas Bach for archery achievements in Pakistan.According to an official of Pakistan Archery Federation (PAF), Hafiz Abdur Rehman National Head Coach on successfully completed the International Coaching Enrichment Certificate Program (ICECP) that was offered by the University of Delaware in partnership with the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, IOC.Archery coach Hafiz Abdur Rehman graduated from the International Coaching Enrichment Certification Program (ICECP) class of 2020-2023 with a special ceremony at the International Olympic Committee (IOC) headquarters in Lausanne.Hafiz Abdur Rehman was one of 44 coaches from five continents, 27 countries, and 17 sports who completed an intensive four-module coaching education program, which focused on improving coaching infrastructure in their home countries.The ICECP is among the worlds most recognized and respected coaching education programs. It is offered in partnership between the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC), Olympic Solidarity, and the University of Delaware and International Federation (WA). The courses are taught by Team USA's Sport Performance and the University of Delaware experts and other leading international sports professionals in their respective fields.The 33-year-old is a National Archery Coach Qualified from World Archery and Level 3, USA, and Level 1 & 2 Trainer USA. He started a series of Archery coaching courses in Pakistan. Hafiz Abdur Rehman was also instrumental in developing Archery Standards in Pakistan with the Archery Federation.

Pakistan Blind Archery announces 4-man squad for European Championship
Sports Bulletin Report RAWALPINDI:-Pakistan Archery Federation (PAF) on Wednesday announced 4-member squad including 2 players and 2 officials to participate in the forthcoming European Cup and World Ranking Event, which are scheduled to be taken place at Nove Mesto, Czech Republic from July 1 to 10 this year 2022. According to an official, today head of Para Archery Committee Shah Manzar Fareed announced the Pakistan blind archery team which included Tanveer Ahmed VI-2/3 Archer, Waleed Aziz VI-1 Archer, Mohammad Ijaz coach and Syed Junaid Raza Shah Manager. European Cup and World Ranking Event will commence from 1-10 July 2022 at Nove Mesto Czech Republic. Pakistan Team will leave for the event on 1st July 2022 from Islamabad International Airport. Tanveer Ahmed from Pakistan is the current World No 2 in world blind archery rankings he had grabbed silver medal in World Championship in February 2022 at Dubai.

Tenveer claims silver medal in Para Archery World Cup
Abdullah Asjad RAWALPINDI-Tanveer Ahmed from Rawalpindi has won the silver medal in the blind category of Para Archery World Cup. According to available information from abroad, Tanveer Ahmed and Waleed Aziz of Rawalpindi participated in the three categories of the Para Archery World Cup that held in Dubai. Tanveer Ahmed's match in the World Cup final was against Belgium's World No. 1 Rubin. Founder coach of Pakistan Blind Archery Mohammad Ijaz said that Pakistan's blind team participated in the Archery World Cup for the first time from all over Asia and Tanveer Ahmed won a silver medal.
