ISLAMABAD: Pakistan U19 Volleyball Team will take on Belgium in their opening fixture of the FIVB Boys’ Under-19 World Championship, which will be rolled into action on July 24, 2025 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Mohammad Yahya will lead the Green Shirts in the 24-nation international volleyball showpiece.
According to available information from abroad, the prestigious FIVB Boys’ U19 World Championship is scheduled to take place from July 24 to August 3, 2025 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The FIVB Boys’ U19 World Championship 2025 features participation from 24 of the world’s strongest national teams, including Algeria, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Colombia, Cuba, Egypt, Finland, France, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, Poland, Puerto Rico, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, USA, and host Uzbekistan.
President PVF, Sohail Khawar Mir, said: “Our U19 team is a symbol of the hard work and growth Pakistan volleyball has seen in recent years. Competing in the World Championship is a dream for many, and this team will carry the flag with pride, discipline, and resilience.”
