Lahore (Sports Reporter): Syed Sultan Shah, Chairman of the Pakistan Blind Cricket Council, has announced the training camp for the national blind team ahead of the Asia Cup Blind Men's T20 Cricket Tournament. Twenty probable players have been invited for the camp, which begins on October 2 at in Lahore under the supervision of Head Coach Mohammad Jameel. Yousuf Haroon will serve as the team coach, while Tahir Mahmood Butt will act as the trainer. A three-member selection committee will select the final 16-member squad on October 7. Sultan Shah stated that the team selection would be based on the players' abilities.

Zafar Iqbal, Mohammad Shahzeb, Mohammad Idrees Saleem, Junaid Khan, Fakhar Abbas, and Hamza Mahboob in the B1 category; Badar Munir, Nisar Ali, Moeen Aslam, Niamatullah, Babar Ali, and Hifzan Khan in the B2 category; and Mohammad Safdar, Motiullah, Talha Iqbal, Mohammad Rashid, Akmal Hayat Nasir, Naeemullah, Mohammad Raheel, and Sanwal Shahzada in the B3 category.
The national team will depart from Lahore for Bangladesh on November 12 to participate in the Asia Cup Blind Men's T20 Cricket Tournament. The opening ceremony is scheduled for November 13, and the event will be played in Dhaka starting November 14. The tournament final will take place on November 20. Teams from Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and the host nation, Bangladesh, will participate in the Asia Cup.
