ISLAMABAD: Australia Women defeated Pakistan Women by 101 runs in the 3rd One Day International at Sydney Cricket Ground on Saturday. Hosts also won the three-match tie 3-0.

Pakistani skipper Bismah Maroof won the toss and decided to bowl first. While Australian team set a big 336 runs total on the scoreboard in 50 overs. Australian batter Beth Mooney played a brilliant inning of 133 runs, faced only 105 balls, and smashed six maximums and 14 fours. Meg Lanning added 72 runs in the team total in just 70 balls and hit eight fours and a single six. Tahlia Mc Grath contributed 30 runs in 30 balls.

Pakistani bowler Fatima Sana grabbed three Australian batters while Diana Baig took two wickets and Omaima Sohail got a single wicket.
