MULTAN: A Two-day coaching workshop under the umbrella of International Basketball Federation "FIBA Basketball for Good program" concluded on Sunday, which was attended by a large number of players and coaches from all over Pakistan.
According to a spokesman for the Pakistan Basketball Federation (PBBF), Mohammad Azam dar, the two-day workshop was organized under the supervision of Pakistan Basketball Federation (PBBF). Secretary General Khalid Bashir at Multan while Riaz Malik, the head coach of the national basketball team, along with other coaches Umer Mehmood, Saadat Jahangir, Mohammad Naveed delivered the lectures and demonstration on coaching skills, training, modern techniques, and basketball games in different sessions to the participants.
One of the most important aspects of this FIBA Basketball for Good program was helping participants to understand the relationship between a coach and the players. At the end of the coaching workshop, certificates were distributed among the participants by Secretary General of Pakistan Basketball Federation Khalid Bashir along with Chief Executive of Lucky Beverages Chaudhry Sajjad Ali.
