Nancy (France):-Pakistan outclassed traditional rival India in straight match 2-0 in the Team Event of the ongoing World Junior’s Squash Championship 2022 in Nancy France. Now Pakistan will meet Egypt in the semifinal.

In the first match, Mohammad Hamza toiled hard in the court to get rid of Arnav Sereen 3-2 after a well contested five games match. Pakistani lad won the first two games easily but could not maintain the same pace in the next two games, which he lost at 1-11 and 6-11. However, in the decisive game, Hamza displayed to quality squash and clinched the game at score of 11-5.

Noor Zaman Khan thrashed Krishna Mishra in straight games 3-0 in the second match after lasting just 32 minutes. Maenwhile, Egypt stunned United States of America in similar style 2-0 to move into the semifinals of the top international juniors squash fixture.

Kareem El Torkey beat 3-1 Avi Agarwal 8-11, 11-9, 7-4 rtd (20m)

Mohamed Zakariah beat 3-0 Ted Carney 11-5, 12-10, 11-5 (35m)
