Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi and Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President Farooq Ahmed spoke to the media, discussing bilateral cricketing ties and future series.
Expressing gratitude, Farooq Ahmed thanked Mohsin Naqvi for the invitation, stating, "Our cricket has progressed significantly." He further revealed that discussions between PCB and BCB included plans for white-ball series apart from the Future Tours Programme (FTP).
"Both boards are actively engaged in scheduling upcoming series," Farooq Ahmed added, signaling positive developments in cricketing collaboration.
Welcoming the BCB President to Lahore for the Champions Trophy semi-final, Mohsin Naqvi acknowledged Bangladesh’s support in hosting the tournament. "I appreciate BCB’s cooperation in organizing the Champions Trophy," he stated.
Highlighting ongoing discussions over the past few weeks, the PCB Chairman assured that progress on bilateral series will be made soon.
