ISLAMABAD:-As many as six-member contingent including four players and two officials will participate in the “The Belt and Road China Open International Taekwondo Championship” to be held from November 6 to 10, 2019 at Xian, China.
According to spokesman for Pakistan Taekwondo Federation (PTF), Mohammad Rabnawaz, Jabran Asad Khan, Mohammad Owais and Mohammad Zahid will participate in different categories in the 5-day international fixture. Syed Sadaqat Hussain is head of the team while Mohammad Farooq will be performing the duty of coach.
It is added that it will be good experience and exposure for upcoming South Asian Games which will be held in next month in Nepal. The athletes will also get ranking points which help them to improve their personal ranking.
