Professional Mohammad Shabbir lifts title, Mohammad Shuaib wins amateurs’ competitions

RAWALPINDI: The professional golfer, Mohammad Shabbir from Islamabad Golf Club has won the title of the 30th WALEE COAS Open Golf Championship that concluded here at Rawalpindi Golf Club (RGC) on Sunday. Mohammad Shuaib Khan from Gymkhana Golf Club, Lahore won the amateur category competitions. President RGC, Lt General Shahid Imtiaz, HI (M) graced the closing ceremony as chief guest and distributed the prizes among the players.

As many as 607 golfers from across the country participated in the prestigious golf showpiece in the different categories of competitions. The 30th COAS Open Golf Championship was made possible through the efforts of the WALEE Technologies team, the main sponsor of the Chief of Army Staff Open Golf 2023 Championship.
