ISLAMABAD:-The 1st Quaid-e-Azam National Championship will commence on Friday (June 2, 2023) here at Mushaf Squash Complex on Pakistan Sports Complex's premises under the supervision of the Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF).
According to an official of PSF, as many as 13 different age categories competitions will be taken place during the 6-day national squash showpiece. In the first stage Men’s, Women’s Senior along with Men’s & Women’s Masters’ events will be held from June 2 to 04. Boys’ U-9, U-11, U-13, U-15, U-17, U-19, Girls’ U-15, and U19 categories will be from June 4 to 7, 2023.
It is noteworthy to mention that Senior Men, Senior Women, Boys U-19 & Girls U-19 events would be organized as PSA National Championship with US$ 1,000 prize money for each discipline. However, Boys & Girls national junior events will have prize money of Rs 100,000. It will be the first time in the history of Pakistan squash 13 categories have been included in a national squash fixture.
