Rijas/Platinum Homes, FG/Din Polo record wins in Meesha & Ibrahim Polo Cup
Lahore (October 30, 2024): Rijas/Platinum Homes and FG/Din Polo recorded victories on the second day of the Meesha & Ibrahim Polo Cup 2024 at the Lahore Polo Club on Wednesday.  Exciting six-goal tournament matches are ongoing at Lahore Polo Club, attended by club president Malik Azam Hayat Noon, members, the club secretary, and a good turnout of families. In the first match of the day, Rijas/Platinum Homes narrowly defeated Sheikhoo Steel with a score of 6-5. For Rijas/Platinum Homes, Bilal Noon played superb polo and fired in fabulous four goals while Mohib Faisal Shehzad added two. For Sheikhoo Steel, Maisam Haider struck two goals, and Taimur Noon and Ali Kuli Khan contributed one goal each. The second match of the day saw FG/Din Polo clinch victory over Total Nutrition in the final moments, winning the nail-biting encounter with a margin of 8-7. Raja Mikael Sami led FG/Din Polo with sparkling five goals, while Farhad Shaikh banged in a brace and Raffay Shaikh added one.  For Total Nutrition, Saqib Khan Khakwani played extremely well and converted superb four goals, and Bilal Hayee contributed three but their efforts couldn’t bear fruit for their side. Two more important matches are scheduled on Thursday (October 31, 2024).

Misha & Ibrahim Polo Cup 2024 starts at Lahore Polo Club
Lahore (PR): The Misha & Ibrahim Polo Cup 2024, organized by the Lahore Polo Club, kicked off with great excitement. On the opening day, two thrilling matches were held, drawing a significant number of spectators and families. Lahore Polo Club President Malik Azam Hayat Noon, Executive Committee members, Secretary Col Amir, and other officials were present to witness the games. In the first match of the opening day, Diamond Paints defeated Seafa Logistics International with a score of 10-5½. Raja Jalal Arsalan was the standout player for Diamond Paints, hammering seven goals, while Mir Huzaifa Ahmed contributed with three goals. For Seafa Logistics International, Raja Samiullah converted all four goals for his team, with an additional handicap advantage of one and a half goals. In the second match of the day, Newage Cables triumphed over Guard Group with a score of 10-3½. Abdul Rehman Monnoo led the charge for Newage Cables, scoring six goals, while Omar Asjad Malhi added four goals. For Guard Group, Taimur Ali Malik scored two goals, and Ahmed Bilal Riaz added one goal. The tournament will continue on Wednesday, with Sheikhoo Steel facing Rijas/Platinum Homes at 2:30 pm, followed by Total Nutrition competing against FG/Din Polo at 3:30 pm.

Lahore Polo: Security 2000, MP/Sheikhoo, Newage, TN dominate on day 3
Sports Bulletin ReportLAHORE: Security 2000, Master Paints/Sheikhoo Steel, Newage Cables and Total Nutrition dominated the third day of the Lahore Smart City Polo in Pink Tournament, organized by Lahore Polo Club. Present at the event were officials from Lahore Smart City, Pink Ribbon Pakistan, families, Lahore Polo Club President Malik Azam Hayat Noon, executive committee members, and others. In the first match of the day, Security 2000 defeated Rijas/Barry's team 7-4½. For Security 2000, Muhammad Ali emerged as top scorer with a contribution of fabulous five goals, while Mir Huzaifa Ahmed, playing in place of Farhad Shaikh, thrashed in two goals. For Rijas/Barry's, Mohib Faisal Shehzad converted two goals, while Mumtaz Abbas and Nafees Barry struck one goal each. The second match saw Master Paints/Sheikhoo Steel triumph over Crew Logix Technologies with a score of 9-5. For Master Paints, Raja Temur Nadeem and Maria Candelaria each hammered a hat-trick of goals while Sufi Haroon banged in a brace and Osman Aziz Anwar scored one goal. From Crew Logix Technologies, Malik Ali Kuli Khan, Haris Haroon Malik, and Mahnum Faisal each scored a goal, while they had a two-goal handicap advantage. In another exciting match of the day, Newage Cables overpowered Olympia 9-4. For Newage Cables, Raja Samiullah smashed in superb six goals, and Alman Jaleel Azam, Adnan Jaleel Azam, and Jade Wheeler contributed with one goal each. The day's last match proved a high-scoring affair, where Total Nutrition outpaced Nurpur Bandobast by a good margin of 13-8½. From the winning team, Saqib Khan Khakwani emerged as top scorer as he fired in five fabulous goals while Eesha Haye and Usman Haye thrashed in three goals each, and Ahmed Zubair Butt banged in a brace. From the losing side, the major contribution came from Taimur Hayat Noon with a contribution of five goals while his teammate Gussey banged in a brace.

The matches attracted a large crowd of spectators and families. The event was graced by the presence of Lahore Polo Club President Malik Azam Hayat Noon, Executive Committee members, Secretary Lt Col (Retd) Aamir, and several former players. In the first match of the day, FG/Din Polo defeated Lahore Smart City by 10-7. For FG/Din Polo, Raja Mikail Sami scored five goals, Mian Abbas Mukhtar and Rafi Sheikh each scored two, while Sahar Yaghoobi added one goal. For Lahore Smart City, Agha Musa Ali Khan smashed in five goals, while Farooq Amin Soofi and Bilal Hai contributed one goal each. In the second match, SQ Seagold outpaced One Degree, winning 9-4. English player Charlotte Sweeney fired in four goals for the winning side, while Azam Hayat Noon and Taimur Moazzam added two goals each. Adil Rao thrashed in two goals for One Degree, with the team also benefiting from a two-goal handicap advantage. The third match of the day was won by Guard Group/Zacky Farms, who defeated Black Horse Paints 8-5. Shah Qubilai Alam led Guard Group/Zacky Farms with superb six goals, while Taimur Ali Malik and Ahmed Bilal Riaz each scored one goal. Pink Polo Cup: Master Paints beat Diamond Paints 7-5 in final
Sports Bulletin Report LAHORE: Lahore: Master Paints clinched the Pink Polo Cup 2024 title after defeating Diamond Paints 7-5 in an exciting final match held at Jinnah Polo Fields, Lahore. A large crowd of spectators gathered to witness the thrilling finale. The event's guest of honor was DG Rangers Punjab, Major General Muhammad Atif bin Akram. Also, in attendance were Major (R) Ali Taimoor, the club’s Secretary, polo players and numerous families enjoying the event. Before the final, a girls' exhibition match was held, followed by the inauguration of Pakistan's first major animal hospital, Round Lake Hospital. Additionally, thrilling tent-pegging competitions also took place. In the finale of the prestigious event, Master Paints emerged victorious after a closely fought contest. Amirreza Behboudi led the scoring for Master Paints with four goals, while Sufi Muhammad Haroon and Maria Candelaria added two and one goals, respectively. For Diamond Paints, Jalal Arslan scored three goals, and Mir Huzaifa Ahmed contributed two. Earlier in the subsidiary final, Sheikhoo Steel defeated Newage Cable by 5-4. From Sheikhoo Steel, Agha Musa played superb polo and thrashed in three goals while Sally Cactus and Osman Aziz Anwar converted one goal each. For Newage Cables, Omer Asjad Malhi struck two goals while Adnan Jalil Azam and Alman Jalil Azam scored one goal each.

Master Paints defeat FG/Din Polo to reach Pink Polo Cup final
LAHORE (PR): Master Paints and Newage Cables emerging victorious on the fourth day of the Pink Polo Cup 2024 at the Jinnah Polo Fields Lahore on Friday.The exciting matches of the Pink Polo Cup 2024, continue at Jinnah Polo Fields, were witnessed and enjoyed by a good number of polo players, their families and polo lovers as well as Jinnah Polo Fields’ Secretary Major (Retd) Ali Taimoor.In the first match of the day, Master Paints defeated FG/Din Polo with a thrilling 9-7 victory. Iranian player Amirreza Behboudi scored all the nine goals for Master Paints, securing his team's spot in the main final. As a result, Master Paints will face Diamond Paints in the main final on Sunday. From the losing team, Raja Mikael Sami scored four goals, while Shaikh Muhammad Rafay, Shaikh Muhammad Farhad, and Sahar Yaqoubi scored one goal each.The second match of the day saw Newage Cables qualify for the subsidiary final after defeating Rijas Polo with a score of 5-2. For Newage Cables, brothers Alman Jalil Azam and Adnan Jalil Azam played excellent polo and banged in a brace each while Omer Asjad Malhi contributed one goal. For Rijas, both the goals were converted by Mumtaz Abbas Khan Niazi.
