Nancy (France):-Pakistan claimed two victories on Thursday in the ongoing World Junior’s Team Event Squash Championship after beating both Netherlands and Hong Kong 3-0 in Nancy, France.
In the first day of the match, Pakistani teenagers displayed top quality squash and won all three matches comfortably. Mohammad Hamza and Mohammad Ashab defeated their opponents in straight games while Noor Zaman overcame Knut Hogevorst 3-1.
Later, in the evening session, Pakistan thrashed Hong Kong in similar style 3-0. This time, Noor Zaman and Mohammad Ashab won their matches in straight games 3-0 while Mohammad Hamza ousted his rival 3-1. After these comprehensive triumphs Green Shirts have confirmed their berths in quarterfinal stage.
