ISLAMABAD: Salam Gul, father of Under-13 squash player Mohammad Fawad Khan showed satisfaction over the performance of his son, who claimed a bronze medal in the recently concluded Australian Junior Squash Championship in Melbourne, Australia.
Salam Gul said in a statement: “I am happy with him (Mohammad Fawad Khan) for fetching the bronze medal in an international squash competition. His coaches Tahir Iqbal, and Munawar Zaman toiled hard day and night with my son. I thank the Bank of Khyber (BOK), Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF), and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Squash Association (KPSA) for supporting my son. I hope he will bring more honours for the country in the future.”
