Lahore (PR): Mohammad Ahmad Gujjar from Punjab and Ammarah Ishtiaq from Army clinched the U-19 Singles titles of the National Junior Badminton Championship 2024 that concluded here at Nishtar Park on Friday.
In U-17 category Sarwat Fatima Army and Hammadullah of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa won the singles title. In U-15 singles Abdul Haseeb of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa won the championships. Tayyab Shafiq & Kanzul Eman of Punjab won the women's doubles U-19 Championships and Mohammad Zaid and Najam Us Saqib of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa took the men's doubles U-19 title.
Mohammad Khizer Afzal Chaudhry Director General Sports and Youth Affair Punjab was the chief guest of the final ceremony. He distributed the trophies, cash prize and certificates amongst the finalists.
