PESHAWAR:-Tariq Khan Jalbai’s team won the Oxen Race that held under the auspices of Directorate General of Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), as the traditional games started in Nowshera district.
According to the results, Tariq Khan Jalbai's team won the first, Amanullah Khan Ghalla Dheer's team won the second, Hussain Kaka's team won the third, Naheed Sarad Cheena won the fourth, Muzaffar Shah Mian Issa won the fifth, Ghalib Gul won the sixth and Sani Gul Kaka Pir Sabaq won the seventh. At the end, the special guest distributed prizes among the winners of the bull race.
Were Member Provincial Assembly Ibrahim Khattak was the chief guest on the occasion along with Director Sports Operations Aziz A. Jan, Deputy Director Jamshed Baloch, District Sports Officer Nowshera, Assistant Director Zakir, Assistant Director Ashfaq Ahmed and other dignitaries and a large number of spectators.
