Quetta (SBR): The Prime Minister Youth Programme-Qalandars Provincial Cricket League has officially commenced in Quetta, marking the beginning of a landmark national cricket initiative aimed at discovering and nurturing young talent from across Pakistan.
The opening phase of the league, being held from October 27 to 31 at the Bugti Stadium, Quetta, features five teams representing Quetta, Turbat, Khuzdar, Loralai, and Dera Murad Jamali. Players for these teams were selected through open merit-based trials conducted across Balochistan, ensuring that every talented cricketer received an equal opportunity to participate.
