ISLAMABAD (PR): National Squash Championship finals will be played on Sunday at Mushaf Squash Complex, Islamabad. The event carries a prize purse of Rs 400,000 and a large number of boys & girls from all over Pakistan are participating. The Semifinals were played today and the detailed results are appended below.
In Boys U-13 Category, Faizan Ali Khan (Army) bt Syed M Hussain (Pb) 11-7, 11-6, 11-9 whereas, M Fawad Khan (KP) bt Danish Sikandar (KP) 16-14, 11-4, 8-11, 6-11, 11-8.
In Boys U-15 Category, Shahzeb (PAF) bt Shahnawaz Butt (Pb) 11-7, 11-9, 11-3 whereas. Huzaifa Shahid (Sindh) bt Mamoon Khan (PAF) 11-7, 11-5, 11-8.
In Boys U-17 Category, M Yahya Asad (PAF) bt Muhammad Ali (PAF) 11-6, 11-5, 11-3, whereas, Mustafa Irfan (PAF) bt Mubeen Khan (PAF) 11-6, 11-4, 11-7.
In Girls U-15 Category, Sehrish Ali (KP) govt Walk Over against Nimra Batool (Sind) whereas, Mahnoor Ali (KP) bt Damia Khan (Sindh) 11-3, 11-4, 11-8.
Starting from BU-13 age category, the Championship Finals would be played on Sunday, 19 Jan, 25 from 1000 Hrs onwards.
