ISLAMABAD:-Islamabad Disabled defeated Peshawar Disabled to reach in the final of the after an easy match to qualify for the final of the International Committee Red Cross (ICRC) Presents Shaid Afridi Foundation (SAF) 7th National Disabled T20 Cricket Championship. The final will be played in Karachi on December 3, 2021, on the occasion of International disables persons day.

 In the first semi-final of the ongoing National Championship was organized by Pakistan Feasibility Disabled Cricket Association at Bhutto Ground Islamabad. Islamabad Disabled defeated Peshawar Disabled by 73 runs after a one-sided contest and advanced to the title match.

Peshawar Disabled won the toss and invited Islamabad Disabled to bat first. Islamabad Disabled scored 194 runs for the loss of two wickets in 20 overs. Adil Abbasi scored 89 off 63 balls with the help of eight fours and two sixes while Mohammad Noman Scored 65 off 48 balls with the help of eight fours. Both of them scored 168 runs in the first wicket partnership which laid the foundation for victory. Waqif Shah scored 22 off eight balls, including three fours and a six. Nahar Alam and Osama took one wicket each for Peshawar Disabled.

In reply, Peshawar Disabled team got out at 121. Adeel Khan scored 30 off 17 balls with the help of 6 fours and Wajid Alam scored 21 runs. Waqif Shah from Islamabad Disabled broke the back of Peshawar Disabled by taking 5 wickets for 13 runs. He also made a brilliant hat trick. Zubair Khan took two wickets for 17 runs. Waqif Shah was declared man of the match.
