Hangzhou (China): Pakistan and gold medalist of 2014 Asian Games India set to meet in the ongoing Asian Games Squash Event final on Saturday, as Pakistan overcame Hong Kong 2-1 in the first semifinal while India defeated defending champions Malaysia 2-0 in the second semifinal here at Squash Court, China on Friday.
Nasir Iqbal and Noor Zaman won their matches and are set to play the final, as the medal has been confirmed for Pakistan in the Asian Games 2023. Indian duo Saruve Ghosal and Abhay Singh registered a win in the semifinals. It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan defeated India in a Pool match a couple of days back at the same venue.
