Eighteen matches decided on second day of PFF Futsal National Cup
Sports Bulletin ReportKARACHI: As many as 18 matches were decided from Groups D, E and F on the second day of the PFF Futsal National Cup Phase Five in Legends Arena, Karachi.In the first match of Group D, Karachi United thumped Drive inn FC 6-1. In the second encounter, Karachi City defeated Ignite FC 7-1. The third match was played between Ignite FC and Drive inn FC where Ignite FC remained victorious again 5-3. In the fourth encounter, Karachi City defeated Karachi United by 2-1. In the fifth game, Karachi City thrashed Drive inn FC 5-0. In the last game of Group D, Karachi United beat Ignite FC by 6-1.From Group D, Karachi City FC and Karachi United reached into next stage.In the first match of Group E, Forza FC thumped Diya Mens 5-1. In the second encounter, Bismillah Sports defeated PNEC FC 2-1. The third match was played between Bismillah Sports and Diya Mens where Bismillah Sports remained victorious again 2-0. In the fourth encounter, Forza FC defeated Bismillah Sports by 2-1. In the fifth game, PNEC FC thrashed Diya Mens 3-0. In the last game of Group E, Forza FC beat PNEC FC by 7-1.From Group E, Forza FC and Bismillah Sports reached into next stage.In the first match of Group F, The match between DlD FC and Young Azizabad ended in a draw 2-2. In the second match, Young Azizabad outclassed Falcon United by 9-0. The third match was won by Baloch Mohammadan, 4–3 against the opponent DlD FC. In the fourth match, Baloch Mohammadan beat Falcon United by 7–2. The fifth game between Falcon United and DlD FC was won by DlD FC 3-0. The sixth game between Young Azizabad and Baloch Mohammadan ended in a draw 4-4.From Group F, Young Azizabad and Baloch Mohammadan have qualified for the next stage.

Olympian Arshad Nadeem calls on Sports Minister Punjab Faisal Ayub

Sports ReportDubai (UAE): The World Skateboarding Tour concluded in dramatic fashion on the Dubai waterfront late last night as WST Dubai Street 2024 brought the curtain down on a wild fortnight of international skateboarding action from the UAE.As with the Park discipline one week previously, last night’s shootout will likewise go a long way to determining which 44 Men and Women each go forward to the Olympic Qualifier Series which will ultimately determine who gets the opportunity to represent their country in the Paris Olympic Games this coming summer.127 Men and 75 Women flew into the Emirate in order to advance the prospects of their nations but by Sunday’s finals a mere 8 of each remained. Army man Mohammad Aamir wins Lahore Open Road Cycle Race
Sports Bulletin ReportLAHORE: Mohammad Aamir of Pakistan Army has won the title of the Lahore-Kasur Lahore Open Road Cycle Race by covering a distance of 70 Kilo-meters in 2 Hours 22 minutes and 17 Seconds on the occasion of Pakistan Day.Mohammad Bilal also from Pakistan Army garbed second position while Mohammad Arsalan third. Adeel forth (Punjab), Mohammad Hasnain fifth (Army) and Mohammad Shakil sixth (Punjab) positions respectively. The race paddled-off from Punjab Football Stadium at 08.00 am Sharp from Punjab Stadium Opp. Gaddafi Stadium Lahore towards Ferozpur Road Kalma Chowk, Model Town, Kanchi, Chungi Amer Sidhu, Gajumata, Khana Kacha, Mustafabad (Laliani) and turn back Kasur ByPass to ward Lahore and Terminated at Kalma Chowk Overhead bridge. Metro Bus Station opp Gadafi Stadium Lahore. A record 60 cyclists from Pakistan Army, Pakistan Wapda, Pakistan Railways, Higher Education Commission (HEC) and all division from Punjab took part in this mega Road Cycle Race. This race was organized by Punjab Cycling Association in collaboration with Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) Management Committee for the Sport of Cycling in Pakistan for the promotion and development for the game of Cycling.The chief guest for the opening ceremony was Mozam Khan, Former International Cyclist who flagged-off the race from Punjab Stadium. Faisal Ayub Khokhar Worthy Minister for Sports Punjab graced as chief guest for closing and prize distribution ceremony at the office of Punjab Olympic Association at National Hockey Stadium Lahore and awarded the cash award, Trophies and medals to first six positions holders of the Race. Handball Provincial League for Men Concludes at UET Taxila
