Sports Bulletin ReportISLAMABAD: Former Davis Cupper, Hameed-ul-Haq will represent Pakistan in the upcoming ITF MT700 Assetwise ITF Masters Championship Pattaya, which will kick off on November 18, 2023 and ITF MT400 at Greta Sport Club ITF Master III Pattaya, which will start on November 25, 2023 in Pattaya, Thailand.Assetwise ITF Masters Championship Pattaya will be held from 18 November to 24 November 2023 on Synthetic Hard Courts at the Royal Cliff Hotel, Fitz Club - Pattaya, while the Greta Sport Club ITF Master III Championship will be held from 25 November to 01 December 2023 on Synthetic Hard Courts at the Greta Resort, and Sport Club, Pattaya. Hameed will participate in the seniors’ 60+ singles, doubles, and mixed doubles competitions.It is pertinent to mention that the last month, Hameed toppled the tournament second seeded Indian player Dillip Singh Nongmaithem 2-0 in the 60+ Category final of the International Tennis Federation (ITF) seniors’ Tennis Championship 2023 at Greta Sports Club Pattaya, Thailand. The finals will be played on Tuesday (October 3) at the same venue.Hameed claimed the first semifinal against jittimaporn Pawin of Thailand 60+ singles category 2-0 to reach the final of ITF seniors championship. The final score-line was 6-3, 6-1. Meanwhile, in the second semifinal 2 seed Dillip Singh Nongmaithem from India overcame Aspiotis sran from Austria 2-1 in a three sets thriller. The final score-line was 3-6, 6-3, 6-4. The final will be played tomorrow between Hameed-ul-Haq and Nongmaithem.
