Muaz, and Mudassar win titles, Chief Guest Saeed Alam distributes prizes among playersSports Bulletin ReportKARACHI: The World Olympic Day Badminton Championship held under the banner of the Student Talent Club (Qazi) here, as the competitions were held in different groups of age categories. Muaz Khan, and Mudassar Iqbal lifted the boys’ titles. The Chief Guest Saeed Alam distributed the prizes among players.According to an official, Badminton Championship 2023 was held on the occasion of World Olympic Day. In the girls’ junior category, Ayat Taseef beat Sambal Shamsher 2-1, in the junior B category, Saneham Imran won the junior title by defeating Hasna Hasan 2-02, on the other hand, in the middle category, Maryam Ayub and Humira played a wonderful game. After a tough competition, Maryam Ayub won the title by winning 2-1. In the senior category, Shafaq Javed and Ramisa Naz played well on both sides in the final. Ramisa Naz won the title by 2-1. In B, Sundus Rehan won the senior title by easily defeating Shadab Iftikhar by 2-0. On the other hand, in junior boys, Muaz defeated Kayan by 2-1 in the senior category. The chief guest of the closing ceremony, the Gold Medalist Government of Sindh Saeed Alam, congratulated all the winning players.

The final score-line was 21-23, 7-21, and 21-19.Earlier, in the Women’s Singles Under-19 final, Aiman Fatima from Bahawalpur defeated Kanza-ul-Eman 2-1 to become the first-ever girl from Bahawalpur, who won both Singles and Doubles crown of the Punjab Juniors Badminton Championship.Aiman Fatima outclassed Kanza Ul Eman in a three sets contest with the score-line of 21-18, 16-21, and 21-15. Badminton News: Murad Ali and Mahoor Shahzad win Singles titles
Sports Bulletin ReportQuetta:-Pakistan number man Murad Ali (KP) and top national women Mahoor Shahzad (WAPDA) have won the Singles Badminton title of the 34th National Games Quetta 2023 after beating their opponents in the final on Friday.Irfan Saeed & Azeem Sarwar (Wapda) won the final of Men’s Doubles while Mahoor Shahzad & Ghazala Siddique (Wapda) became the champion of Women’s Doubles event.Ishaque Jamali, Secretary Sports Balochistan was the chief guest. Badminton News: Murad Ali and Anjum Bashir set to meet in final
Sports Bulletin ReportQuetta:-Top national badminton player, Murad Ali and army man Anjum Bashir set their clash in the Men’s Singles discipline of the 34th National Games 2023 after winning their respective semifinals here on Thursday. Murad Ali (KP) outclassed Shoaib Riaz (Army) in straight games 2-0 in the first semifinal, as the final score-line was 21-18, 21-11. Later, in the second semifinal Anjum Bashir (Army) beat Irfan Saeed (Wapda) in the same fashion with the score-line of 21-13, and 21-17.Ghazala Siddique and Mahoor Shahzad of Pakistan WAPDA qualified for the women’s singles final. Irfan Saeed pairing with Azeem Sarwar (Wapda) and Anjum Bashir & Yasir ali (Army) will meet in the final of Men’s Doubles.
