Dubai (UAE): Dubai Capitals (DC) outclassed Abu Dhabi Knight Riders (ADKR) by 73 runs in the open fixture of the ILT20 cricket league here at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Friday night. ADKR could score 114 runs in 20 overs, as they had 188 runs target to win a historical tie of United Arabs Emirates (UAE) cricket. Dubai Capitals’ skipper Rovman Powell displayed an inspiring performance with both bat and ball that was key in his team’s triumph.
On Friday, ADKR captain Sunil Narine won the toss and elected to field first, as the Dubai Capital posted 187 for 6 runs on the board in their allotted 20 overs.
