NBP Blind Trophy: Multan and Abbottabad storm into final
Salman Khan Multan (October 13, 2022):-Multan and Abbottabad set to meet in the final of the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) T-20 Blind Cricket Trophy 2022 Grade-II  on October 14, 2022 (Friday) at Sports Complex Stadium, Multan, as both teams beat their respective challengers in semifinals at the same venue on Thursday. In the first semifinal Multan overcame their opponent by 86 runs. Sheikhopura won the toss and decided to bowl first. Openers Mohammad Safdar and Ghulam Akbar destroyed the weak bowling of Sheikhopura and both aggregated 226 runs for the 1st wicket partnership. Multan set the gigantic total of 288 runs on the board for the loss of 2 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Mohammad Safdar once again shined with the bat and he scored unbeaten 170 not out runs while Ghulam Akbar chipped in with 60 runs. Aftab Hussain took 1 wicket. In reply, Sheikhopura was restricted to 202 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in allotted 20 overs. Sanwal Shahzada was their highest scorer with unbeaten 130* runs and Ashraf Bhatti made 26 runs. Muhammad Arslan claimed 1 wicket for Multan. Mohammad Safdar declared man of the match. Later, in the second semifinal, Abbottabad claimed one run victory against Faisalabad, who had won the toss and put Abbottabad into bat first. Abbottabad posted a competitive total of 222 runs on the board for the loss of 4 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Riasat Khan played an extraordinary innings of unbeaten 128 runs and Asnaad Khan made 30 runs. Usman took 1 wicket for Faisalabad.   In reply, Faisalabad tried their best to reach the target but fell just 1 run short of the target. Faisalabad’s team was able to score 221 runs by losing their 5 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Bilal Ali was their top scorer with 82 runs while Ejaz Hussain made 29 runs. Sohaib, Adeel and Naeem Ullah got 1 wicket each for Abbottabad. Riasat Khan received man of the match award.

Multan, Sheikhopura, Abbottabad and Faisalabad move into semifinals
Salman Khan Multan: Hosts Multan, Sheikhopura, Faisalabad and Abbottabad moved into the semifinals of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) T-20 Blind Cricket Trophy 2022 Grade-2 after winning their respective matches at two different venues of Multan city on Wednesday. On Thursday, 1st semifinal will be played between Multan and Sheikhopura while 2nd Semifinal will be played between Abbottabad and Faisalabad at Sports Complex Stadium, Multan. Multan beat Sargodha by 8 wickets at Sports Complex Stadium In the morning, Multan won the toss and asked Sargodha to take guard. Sargodha set the competitive total of 228 runs on the board for the loss of 3 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Gul Sher was the top scorer with 130 runs and Zain Ashraf made 56 runs. Abubakar took 2 wickets while Safdar claimed 1 wicket.   In reply, Multan chased down the target in 15.3 overs by losing their 2 wickets. Mohammad Safdar played a superb innings of 127 runs. He was the highest scorer and Ahsan Razzaq made 45 runs. In reply Karachi was restricted to 188 runs for All out in 16.5 overs. Jandal Khan was their leading scorer with 44 runs. Ahmed claimed 2 wickets while Sanwal fetched 1 wicket. Abbottabad set the huge target of 264 runs for Quetta by losing their 3 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Naeem Ullah was the top scorer with 119 runs. In reply, Quetta scored 224 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in allotted 20 overs.  Niamt Ullah was the leading scorer with 125 runs. Hyderabad made 146 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Imran Sarwar was the top scorer with 42 runs while Amjad Mugheri made 41 runs. Usman Bilal Ali and Ejaz Hussian took 1 wicket each. Salman Khan MULTAN: Shiekhpura, Sargodha, Karachi and Multan posted victories in the ongoing National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) T-20 Blind Cricket Trophy 2022 Grade-2in Multan. Shiekhopura beat Quetta by 8 wickets:  (Venue: Sports Complex Stadium) In the morning, Quetta won the toss and elected to bat first. Quetta set the competitive total of 217 runs on the board for the loss of 5 wickets in stipulated 18 overs. Niamat ullah was the top scorer with 110 runs and Shaharyar made 21 runs. Sanwal took 1 wicket for Sheikhopura.  In reply, Shieikhopura chased down the target of 218 runs with ease in 17.1 overs by losing their 2 wickets. Sanwal Shahzada played a superb innings of unbeaten 114* runs.  He was the highest scorer and Mohsin remained not out on 30* runs. Talib and Shahid fetched 1 wicket each for Quetta. Result: Sheikhopura won by 8 wickets Man of the Match: Sanwal Shahzada Sargodha beat Hyderabad by 4 wickets (Venue: M C Cricket Ground) Hyderabad won the toss and decided to bat first. Sargodha’s bowlers bowled outstandingly well and didn’t allow Hyderabad batsmen to set a good target. Hyderabad scored only 125 runs in allotted 20 overs for the loss of 9 wickets. Imran Barohi was the highest scorer with 40 runs. Abdul Maalik claimed 2 wickets while Abdullah and Tanweer shared a wicket apiece. Sargodha in reply reached the small target of 126 runs in 17.1 overs by losing their 6 wickets. Zain Ashraf was the star batsman for Sargodha he scored 50 runs and Tanweer chipped in with 24 runs. Rasheed Akbar took 1 wicket. In reply, Karachi achieved the target of 186 runs rapidly in 16 overs for the loss of 4 wickets.  Abdul Wahab Khan was the star batsman, he scored 54 runs and Jandal khan made unbeaten 52* runs for Karachi. Salman Khan MULTAN: Faisalabad, Abbottabad, Multan and Quetta have won their matches on the opening day of the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) T-20 Blind Cricket Trophy Grade-2 at two different venues of Multan. Sail Abbas Business Head NBP, Sail Abbas inaugurated the event. Syed Sultan Shah, Chairman PBCC, Syed Salman Tariq Bukhari Director PBCC were also the other dignitaries present on the occasion. Faisalabad beat Sargodha by 42 runs: (Venue: Sports Complex Stadium) In the morning, Sargodha won the toss and put Faisalabad in to bat first. Faisalabad set the competitive total of 202 runs on the board for the loss of 9 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Ejaz Hussain was the top scorer with unbeaten 72 not out runs and Bilal Ali made brisk 57 runs. Abdul Maalik and Abdullah took 1 wicket each for Sargodha.  In reply, Sargodha chasing 203 was able to score 160 runs in the allocated 20 overs for the loss of 7 wickets. Gul Sher was their top scorer with 54 runs and Mohammad Tanweer made 39 runs. Hamza Mehboob took 2 wickets while Ejaz Hussain fetched 1 wicket for Faisalabad. Amjad Hussain was their top scorer with 73 runs and Imran Barohi chipped in with 42 runs. In reply, Multan reached the target of 194 rapidly in 17 overs for the loss of 5 wickets.  Mohammad Safdar shined with the bat, he scored unbeaten 125 not out runs. NBP T20 Blind Cricket Trophy Grade-II starts from October 10, 2022
faisal Islamabad:-The 13th National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) T-20 Blind Cricket Trophy Grade-2 will start from Monday (October 10, 2022) at Multan, as 8 teams will fight for top honour during the 5-day fixture. According to an official of Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC), the final will be played on October 14, 2022. Multan, Karachi, Hyderabad, Quetta, Sargodha Abbottabad, Faisalabad and Sheikopura will take part in the premier national tournament of blind cricket. Teams have been divided into two following pools. Multan, Hyderabad, Sargodha and Faisalabad are in Group A while Karachi, Quetta, Abbottabad and Sheikopura are in Group B. Matches of the tournament will be played at Sports Complex Cricket Ground Multan and MC Cricket Ground Multan simultaneously. The inauguration ceremony of the said event will take place on dated 10th October 2022 at 11:00 AM at Sports Complex Cricket Ground Multan. The semi-finals and the final will also be played on the same field at Sports Complex Cricket Ground Multan on the 13th and 14th October 2022 respectively. Pakistan ready to take revenge against India in next T20 World Cup: Sultan
ABDUL JABBAR FAISAL Islamabad:-Pakistan is all set and well prepared to take revenge against India in the upcoming 3rd T20 Blinds’ Cricket World Cup, which will be taken place in the three cities of India from December 4 to 17 this year 2022, said Chairman Pakistan Blinds’ Cricket Council (PBCC), Syed Sultan Shah during an exclusive sitting with Editor www.sports-bulletin.com at his office. “Green Shirts had lost the finals against India in the previous two editions of the T20 World Cup, as our team was going through a new shape and in a building process. Now we have set the thing to overcome all the challenges in the third World Cup, which will be played at Bangalore, Delhi and Faridabad. Besides Pakistan, hosts India, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka will fight for the top honour in the World Cup, “he added. Sultan Shah, who is also president World Blind Cricket Council (WBCC), further said that Pakistan Greens and Pakistan Whites would play three T20 practice matches on September 24 and 25 at Mirpur cricket ground. “We will hold the training camps in two parts, as in the first phase the camp will be staged from October 23 to 31 at Bahawalpur and in the second at Lahore from November 20 to December 3, 2022, as our team will enter in India via Waga Border, “he said. Responding to a question, he revealed that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) enhanced the annual grant of PBCC from Rs.18 million to 22 million. “I met with Chairman PCB Ramiz Hasan Raja in April 2022 and he was very kind to us and assured us to provide maximum support to blind cricket in Pakistan. This financial help is for all national and international fixtures. PCB also awarded one million rupees to the winning team of the Dubai tri-nation tournament, “Sultan Shah indulged.  Head of the PBCC Syed Sultan Shah to another question said that Pakistan blind cricket team would also participate in the World Blinds Games, which would be held in England under the banner of International Blinds Sports Federation (IBSF) in August 2023, “We will also try to host 2025 T20 Blind Cricket World Cup and we have lot of international and national activities in upcoming couple of years. Blinds Cricket World Cup: PBCC names 21 players for squad
Sports Bulletin Report ISLAMABAD:-Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) has shortlisted the twenty-one (21) players as the probable of Pakistan Blind Cricket Team for the 3rd World Cup Cricket of the Blind to be held in India in December 2022. These players have been shortlisted after viewing their performances in the recent past tournaments. Syed Sultan Shah Chairman of PBCC has approved the names of the World Cup probable Team. The final team of 17 players will be selected in November 2022. PBCC announces stipend for 17 players
Sports Bulletin Report ISLAMABAD:-Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) has announced the Honorarium for 17 national players, who performed notably well in recent domestic and international competitions. According to an official of PBCC, the players will receive a monthly Honorarium for the term of the next six (6) months, starting from July 2022 to December 2022. Category A players will get Rs. 20,000 while Category B will pocket Rs. 17,000/ per month. Category C players will be awarded Rs. 15,000 per month. PBCC Blind T-20 Super League 2022: Balochistan stun Punjab by 9 wickets in final
Abdullah Asjad ISLAMABAD:-Balochistan have won the title of the 5th Pakistan Blinds’ Cricket Council (PBCC) Blind Cricket T-20 Super League 2022 after beating Punjab by 9 wickets in the final at Ayub Medical College Cricket Ground Abbottabad on Wednesday. Balochistan won the toss and put Punjab into bat first. Punjab set a competitive total of 219 runs on the board by losing their 7 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Mohammad Rashid was the top scorer for Punjab, he made 74 off 41 balls and Mohammad Safdar made 43 runs off 29 balls. For Balochistan, Badar Munir was the pick amongst the bowlers; he claimed 2 wickets while Kamran and Fakhar took 1 wicket each.  In reply, Balochistan openers started the innings rapidly and didn’t allow the Punjab Bowlers to get settled. Badar Munir once again talked with his bat, he scored an unbeaten146 runs off 63 balls. Mohsin Khan and Riasat Khan made 29 and 28 runs respectively. Baluchistan and Punjab storm into the Final of Blind Cricket T-20
Sports Bulletin Report ABBOTTABAD:-Punjab and Baluchistan moved into the final of 5th PBCC National T-20 Blind Cricket Tournament. The final will be played on Wednesday at the Ayub Medical College Cricket Ground Abbottabad.  In the first match, Balochistan won the toss and decided to bowl first. Sindh made 191 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in allotted 20 overs. Muhammad Akram was the top scorer for Sindh, he made 100 off 55 balls and Muhammad Faisal made 27 runs off 22 balls. For Balochistan, Badar Munir was the pick amongst the bowlers; he claimed 2 wickets while Akmal and Fakhar took 1 wicket each.   In reply, Balochistan reached the target of 192 runs in 15.4 overs for the loss of 1 wicket. Badar Munir was the pick of the batters for Balochistan, scoring an unbeaten 122* runs off 48 balls and Mohsin Khan made 34 runs.
