Islamabad: Rising squash player, Noor Zaman defeated Mohamed Nasser from Egypt by 3-1 in his first round of the Chief of Air Staff (CAS) International Squash Championship that got underway at Mushaf squash Complex on Wednesday. The final score-line was 10-12, 12-10, 11-8 and 11-3, as the match lasted 38 minutes.
Besides Pakistan, a group of 30 world ranking Men and Womenplayers from Austria, Czech Republic, Egypt, England, Spain, Germany, Hungry,Iran, Kuwait, Malaysia, Qatar, Serbia, Singapore and USA are participating. AirMarshal Aamir Masood, Senior Vice President, PSF graced the opening ceremony as chief guest.
