Rawalpindi (October 28, 2021):-yallpur Club Faisalabad beat Huma Club Islamabad 1-0 in the 13th Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) 2021 match at Municipal Stadium here.
Two teams fought well and engaged in a 0-0 draw at the end of the first half. A lone goal was scored by Hussain Abbas in the 73th minute for Lyallpur Club. Players of Huma Club tried to equalize the score but could not succeed.
Khaleeq uz Zaman received a yellow card for Huma Club for foul play. Referees Ahmad Rauf, Mehboob Ali and Majid Khan supervised the match. Salauddin Awan was the match commissioner.
Twelve teams from across the country are participating in the league, including Defending Champion Khan Research Laboratories (KRL), Pakistan Army, Sui Southern Gas Company, Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA),Muslim Club Chaman, Pakistan Navy, Pakistan Wapda, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines, Lyallpur FC, Karachi United and Huma Club Islamabad.
