ISLAMABAD:-The General Council of the Pakistan Basketball Federation (PBF) has elected Mohammad Iftikhar Mansoor its president and Khalid Bashir as the secretary for the term of next four years, as the House met in the chair of Mohammad Iftikar Mansoor at Olympics House Lahore on other day.
According to an official, POA representative Mohammad Jehangir Deputy Secretary General of Pakistan Olympics Association (POA) attended the meeting as observer. The house also constituted committees to look after the various affairs that needed immediate attention.
On this occasion, Fateha Khawani was offered for the recently passed away veteran Basketball legends Mian Iqbal Fareed (former President), Major (R). Abdul Waheed Qureshi (former Army and National Coach). Ghulam Fareed, Mahmood butt and Zubair butt.
