Pattaya (Thailand): Pakistani tennis man Hameed-ul-Haq and Second-seeded India man Dillip Singh Nongmaithem set to meet in the final of the International Tennis Federation (ITF) seniors’ Tennis Championship 2023 Singles 60+ after winning their respective semifinals here at Greta Sports Club Pattaya, Thailand on Monday. The finals will be played on Tuesday (October 3) at the same venue.
Hameed claimed the first semifinal against jittimaporn Pawin of Thailand 60+ singles category 2-0 to reach the final of ITF seniors championship. The final score-line was 6-3, 6-1. Meanwhile, in the second semifinal 2 seed Dillip Singh Nongmaithem from India overcame Aspiotis sran from Austria 2-1 in a three sets thriller. The final score-line was 3-6, 6-3, 6-4. The final will be played tomorrow between Hameed-ul-Haq and Nongmaithem.
