Karachi (Sports Reporter)The 4th Paracha Exchange All Sindh Men’s and Women’s Inter-Club Karate Championship was held at Youth Club, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, with registered players from registered clubs of all six divisions of Sindh, along with divisional presidents and secretaries, participating in the event.
More than 300 players from across Sindh competed in different weight categories during the two-day championship and showcased their skills and abilities. The event witnessed highly competitive and exciting bouts, with young karate athletes demonstrating excellent technique, discipline and sportsmanship. The thrilling contests also attracted considerable interest from spectators.
In the men’s category, WSKC Sanghar secured first position, while Taurus MMA & Fitness Karachi finished second and Dragon MMA took third position. In the women’s category, Taurus MMA & Fitness claimed first position, North Karachi Gymkhana secured second place, while Dragon MMA and Karate Club shared third position.
Sindh Karate Association President Zafar Paracha, who attended the closing ceremony as chief guest, said that such championships provide athletes with opportunities to showcase their talent and progress in the sport. He added that organizing such events is an important step towards promoting karate and providing young athletes with better opportunities to develop their skills and contribute positively to the country.
