Sahresh, Mehwish and Mahnoor win their quarterfinals in straight games 3-0Javed IqbalKARACHI: Three sisters Sahresh Ali, Mehwish Ali and Mahnoor Ali moved into the semifinals of the women’s event of the 3rd All Pakistan Image Torasam Khan Squash Championship after beating their respective opponents at Rooshan Khan Jehangir Khan Pakistan Navy Squash Complex on Tuesday.In the men’s fixture, top seed Saddamul Haq defeated Mohammad Zaman three-nil in the men's quarterfinal, Ashar Butt won 3-2 a thrilling contest against Bilal Zakir. Ashar was declared the winner due to Bilal Zakir wasting time during the match. Naveedur Rehman beat Talha Saeed by 3-0 games. Anas Ali Shah outplayed Anas Khan 3-0. Saddamul Haq defeats Azaan Khalil while Abdullah Nadeem beats Kawish NadeemSports Bulletin ReportKARACHI: The third Image Torsum Khan All Pakistan Squash Championship started at Pakistan Navy Roshan Khan Jahangir Khan here on Monday, as all seeded players have won their respective matches of the Round-1.Army's Saddamul Haq defeated Azaan Khalil of Punjab while Abdullah Nadeem beat of the Sindh Kawish Khan. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Jawad Ali got a walkover against his teammate Shayan Ali. Mohammad Zaman defeated Mohammad Ali. Varun Asif of Punjab won against Huzaifa Shahid of Navy.Ashar Butt outclassed Zohaib Khan in just twenty minutes. Talha Saeed of Sindh won against Mohammad Ahmed of Punjab. Arbaaz Aziz, Bilal Zakir, Hasan Pracha and Anas Dilshad also won their respective matches.In the women's category, Mehwish Ali outclassed Hadi Khan by three to zero in only seventeen. Rayyan reaches final of Redtone Juniors Squash Championship

Four foreign players to participate in CAS International Squash
Abdul Jabbar FaisalISLAMABAD: Secretary, Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) Aamir Nawaz formally announced that the Chief of Air Staff (CAS) Men’s and Women’s International Squash Championships would be rolled into action from November 20 at Mushaf Squash Complex Islamabad.While addressing a press conference at a local hotel on Tuesday, he further added that four foreign players would take part in the annual fixture of CAS. “Men’s event is pursuing prize money of $12,000 while women’s $6,000. The main draw of both tournaments will consist of 24 players, “he said.  “Besides Pakistani players, athletes from Malaysia, Egypt, and Spain will compete in the forthcoming tournament. The prize money for the men's championship is USD 1805 for the winner and USD 1140 for the runner-up, while the prize money for the women's event is USD 902 for the winner and USD 570 for the runner-up. The championship finals are set to take place on December 4 at the same venue, “he concluded.
